Armor Home Services is so confident that we offer the best value in town on replacement home comfort systems that if we can't meet or beat any legitimate competitor’s price on a comparable system we’ll give you one hundred dollars. If you have a written quote from a legitimate heating contractor and their deal appears to be better than ours, call us. If he can’t meet or beat their deal we’ll give you one hundred dollars.

Three rules apply:

• First, we must have the opportunity to meet the written price before it is installed.
• Second, the price must be in writing from a licensed HVAC contractor.
• And third, you must have the system installed.

As stated earlier the credit card companies charge us to process their cards, with American Express charging the highest rate. No cash discount applies when paying with a credit card, but if you are racking up air miles or some other card benefit this might be your best option.

This payment requires no down payment; however minimum monthly payments equal to 3 percent of the balance are required. We run this through a finance company. It works like this: We take a credit application from you, or you can do it online. After approval and completion of the installation, we turn the paperwork over to the finance company. They’ll send you a payment book showing a payment due equal to 3 percent of the total. At the end of 12 months you owe the balance. This is an excellent payment method; however we do recommend a couple of things. Unless you are coming into some money in the next twelve months divide the total bill by 11 and make the larger monthly payments. This way you will not be shocked by the balance owed in 12 months. It also prevents you from being late on the final payment. Be aware that if you are late on your payment 2 times, or you are late with the final payment, this loan rolls into a high interest loan automatically– that’s how they make their money. That being said, this is a financially sound, interest free way to pay for your new system. Also note that there is no penalty for paying early.

This program operates the same way as the 12 months although it requires a 10% down payment and 24 equal monthly payments, not minimum payments. You have 24 months to pay – interest free. If you purchase the BEST system you have the option of not using the 24 month plan and taking the cash rebate – 125 dollars per system. If you take the rebate you may choose any of the other payment options.

Armor Home Services has a program with the finance company that allows us to offer you 60 months to pay at a current interest rate. This program allows you to pay for your new system over 5 years at a relatively low interest rate and requires no down payment. 60 months operates much the same way as the 12 month program – we handle the application and paper work, they send you a payment book, you send your payment to the finance company on time for 60 months and your done. Again, no penalty for paying early. Make sure you make your payments on time and this is a great way to purchase a new high efficiency system and use some of the energy savings to pay for it.
